The promotion and encouragement of training and education in the graphic arts trades; the promotion and maintenance of graphic arts trade schools; the investigation, research, and discovery of subjects, principles, laws and processes of a scientific or technical character which relate to graphic arts process and the application of such knowledge to the improvement of those interested in the graphic arts trades;

To build, improve, enlarge or equip or to cause the building, improvement, enlarging or equipping or building, technical schools, libraries, laboratories, workshops, or other educational accessories in the graphic arts fields; to establish, maintain, endow, or to aid others to establish, maintain or endow technical schools, courses, research exhibits, publications, libraries, laboratories, workshops, or other educational accessories in the graphic arts fields;

To employ or aid others to employ teachers or lecturers in the graphic arts fields; to aid, cooperate with or endow other corporation engage in the educational work in the graphic arts fields in the Philippines and to collect educational statistics and information and to publish and distribute documents and reports concerning the subject of graphic arts;

To conduct and sponsor scientific and/or technical research and development projects; to establish, set up, operate and/or maintain scholarship or professorial chairs in the fields of graphic arts and sciences in all its branches; and, in aid of these purposes, to receive grants, bequests and donations from all sources whether it be in cash, property or otherwise.
