The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.
WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. A guide to understanding and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 is available at: https://www.w3.org/TR/UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/
All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Game Developers Association of the Philippines
The Game Developers Association of the Philippines (GDAP) is a trade association in the Philippines, established in 2007 to represent and promote the country’s game development industry. Its members create and publish interactive games and entertainment content for various platforms.
GDAP is composed of game companies, game support service providers, and academes that work closely with the government and other associates to help member businesses and partners grow.
We organize competitions, festivals, and business matching events to highlight the strengths of our member studios and celebrate the achievements of our developers.
There are many career paths in game development — art, music, programming, among others. It is not simply about “just playing games”. We’re here to dispel the notion that games are a detriment to society.
GDAP is part of the official Philippine delegation and represents the country and its member studios during global business events.
We join forces with other creative industries to enhance our craft and create a project together that proudly showcases the Filipino talent.
GDAP is partnered with the academe to help nurture and improve the standards and quality of the Philippine education.
We encourage, promote, and offer our support to studios and individuals, not only in Metro Manila, but in other regions of the country. Our goal is to strengthen the game dev industry in all parts of the Philippines.
We provide training and mentorship to individuals, studios & partners that may need help in getting started with game development.
