The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.
WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. A guide to understanding and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 is available at: https://www.w3.org/TR/UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/
All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Cardipelago – a platform dedicated to celebrating Filipino talent in sleight of hand and cardistry, while honoring the rich cultural heritage of the Philippines. The name “Cardipelago” is a fusion of Card and Archipelago, inspired by our country’s unique geography and cultural diversity. Just as the Philippines is a vibrant collection of islands, we aim to build a community that reflects the artistry and creativity of Filipino magicians. By blending “cards” with “archipelago,” we highlight our deep connection to both the craft of magic and our cultural roots.
For the past 8 years, Cardipelago has been at the forefront of providing free educational workshops across Metro Manila, sharing the art of card magic and cardistry with aspiring artists and enthusiasts. Recently, we’ve expanded our reach to Cavite through partnerships with local universities such as the University of the Philippines Los Banos as part of UP FRINGE, University of Makati, and University of Perpetual Help – Molino, strengthening our commitment to nurturing creativity in new communities.
At Cardipelago, we view magic as more than just entertainment—it’s an essential part of Filipino cultural heritage, fostering creativity, storytelling, and wonder. Led by key figures from the magic and performing arts industry, we bring expertise and passion to every project we undertake. Our platform is dedicated solely to card magic and cardistry—an art form that, like our islands, is distinct, proud, and full of history. Through
workshops, events, and collaborations, we aim to inspire the next generation of Filipino magicians while showcasing the unique beauty of our culture, one card at a time.
