The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.
WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. A guide to understanding and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 is available at: https://www.w3.org/TR/UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/
All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Creative Content Creators Association of the Philippines, Inc.
SIKAP is a non-profit organization composed of creative individuals, studios and various institutions. We help content makers create, develop and incubate their original creative content and promote it on the global market
SIKAP operates as an entity that provides consultation and support for developing various creative Intellectual properties like Animations, Games, Film, Comics, Illustrations and Music content. SIKAP aims to mentor its community on how to prepare their content, and to be able to sell and promote it in the global market
In-line with the proposed thrust in promoting and developing the local Creative Economy markets by the Philippine government, SIKAP has also been able to create partnerships and affiliations with international and local organizations that support its core values of championing content development and its creators.
We believe that by empowering the creators with the tools and the training in Intellectual Property Management and licensing, we may be able to unlock the full potential of the Philippine Creative Economy industries as they become the next economic drivers for the country in the next coming years.
