The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.
WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. A guide to understanding and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 is available at: https://www.w3.org/TR/UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/
All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Philippine Choral Directors Association (PCDA)
The Philippine Choral Directors Association (PCDA) – a national organization established by choral artists for choral artists – conducts masterclasses, workshops, conventions, fora, clinics, and festivals nationwide as it aspires to develop a thriving and vibrant Filipino choral culture.
Through these activities, PCDA seeks to elevate the standards of the choral arts nationwide, and at the same time, aims to engage citizens, specially the youth, to use choral music to express their sentiments, emotions, and ideals for the good of society and for nation-building.
In 2017, PCDA held a series of 6 Regional Assemblies in different parts of Luzon (North and South), Visayas (Eastern & Central and Western), and Mindanao (North and South). These assemblies focus on the management and artistic direction of choirs, fundamental conducting & rehearsal techniques, and knowledge & skills training of choristers. Building on these Regional Assemblies, in 2018 were 3 conferences in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, while in 2019 was a National Convention in Metro Manila.
