On December 5, 1958, the Philippine Food Chamber of Manufacturers, Inc. (formerly the Chamber of Filipino Food Manufacturers, Inc.) was organized by some of the most respected names in food manufacturing and food service in the country and duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on the 20th day of March 1959.

To date, the Philippine Chamber of Food Manufacturers, Inc. (PCFMI, or also known as the PH Food Chamber) remains at the forefront as one of the most recognized voices of the food industry in the Philippines. We have member companies engaged in the local manufacture and distribution of essential commodities of different food categories (such as milk, coffee, bakery products and noodles among others).
